To me, Mr. Duch was a victim himself. He may hold a better job possition in Khmer government, but he was used to do acts willingly or unwillingly. I was a victim of lower job position as well as a farmer. He was a victim of higher job position. To me, those former leaders of Khmer Communist Regime were all puppets and got used by others world communist leaders trying to spread their communist ideology. They are or were vinner, in this case, and Khmers are or were looser including me, you and them. Thank.
