Clearly, RFA likes to distort realities by extensively quoting 2 misinformed and loud Vietnamese as though they represented all people:
1) Vietnam's parliament members do not get paid.
2) Diplomatically, it's good that Xi was told not to mention "Chinese ownership of SCS" like h did in front of Obama or he would be chased out of Vietnam, prematurely.
3) What Xi said in his speech has been translated and widely reported in Vietnam and globally as well as all other activities scrutinized in details by the press corps, both supports and criticism. Go read instead of complaint.
4. Like all countries, including the US...What really matters, are behind-the-scene discussions which can't be disclosed especially when China-Vietnam relationship is rocky.

Now Vietnamese feel the pain, a golden rule you do it to Cambodia now China do it to you. Don't make me laugh you think you tough now how tough you are. God see who is the bad guy.
