This article intentionally, omits to mention that Viet Tan mounted several bloody armed re-invasions of Vietnam before changing their tactics to internal and external financing and sponsoring "democracy and freedom" fights. Vietnamese citizens are subjected to Vietnam laws which classifies Viet Tan as a terrorist organization - not unlike the US imprisonment of anyone with connection to Al-Qaeda since Sept 11.
