Having read this, one would think that the people are being victimized, but I don't think so.
First, I hope the people aren't that naïve because they are living under a rock called communism.
Secondly, they can't get by the communist and; hence; the paid off - somewhere/somehow.
Thirdly, it proves the point - no one is happy with communism and the system is utterly a failure in every aspect.
