This is an absurd and right down unjust! If the court found the evidences were insufficient then how can they justify sentencing the defendant for >5 years?
It’s an unbelievable verdict. If anyone knows anything about right or wrong, let alone the law – this is simply wrong! Sounds like a bunch of yoyos in ‘a kangaroo court’ to me!
So, what does this say about the ‘refined’ communist justice system?
This sentencing is equivalent of that horrific line ‘…kill them all and let God sort them out later!’ There is no justification after this.
This is the reason why we despise you communist goons. By your very acts, you proved over and over how ignorant you and your systems are!
Foods for thoughts, there is always more than 1 solution to any problems. These young and compassionate people have something good to say. It might be differently than the established guidelines, but; who knows; it could be better. A correct course of action is to give it a thorough evaluation versus put people in gulag.
That’s how we’ll ‘arrive to that perfect place’. I dare use the term ‘enlightenment’.
Give that a try and see if you don’t get more compassionate volunteers and ‘true voices’ to better VN.
