Air-condition request does not help if the prisoner is a hunger-strike nor does it matter when he is too weak to hold his food package because he would not eat it, anyway! As far as Rambo Nguyen is concerned, Congressman Lowenthal should repeat over and over his last year's threat of "Vietnam must release our American in 3 days or else" for the next 12 years (of course, Vietnamese American voters will reelect him 3 more times).
