Vietnam's prison admin system should optimize housings based on length of sentences and gravity of crimes. The families should maintain close communication with prisoners and even better contacts with authorities on their monthly visits, so not to be surprised like this! RFA should list all Vietnamese prisoners (about 120,000 nation-wide in 2018) with pertinent info such as locations, charges, crimes, sentences, psychological assessments and physical health conditions...so, we can keep track and/or write uplifting letters to them. Thank you!
