Before Mr. Trump can nail Vietnam hard, U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF, US-based HRW, US-paid RFA and US mouthpiece VOA must reconcile whether or not, Vietnam has 128 or 224 prisoners of conscience? Someone must have included rapists, sex predators, murderers... on the list!
