Sadly, this is a very common practice in Vietnam. Last year, on January 8, 2019, the Vietnamese government also entered the Loc Hung Garden (vuon Rau Loc Hung) and ruthlessly destroyed the disabled veterans' homes and the land that has been used to grow vegetables. To date, there is still no resolution to return or give the residents any reprieve.
Prayers to the oppressed.

Reply to this commentLand grabs by Vietnamese government officials for their own benefits are quite rampant. Land is considered to belong to "the people", and individuals only have usage rights. The laws are stacked against land owners, designed to make it easy for officials to grab land from them.

Need an international court of power to prevent and punish individuals and organizations of any nation violating human rights.Financial interests are the cause of these human rights violations. Take it back from them.
