The VCP is crying wolf but they don't or can't point a finger at the culprit!
It has being more than a year now and they haven't seen the enemy yet. Even I will not point a finger either (in due respect for my countrymen and elders) at the culprit (yeah right!).
But, I can't help but notice the extra large red flag that flies on top of this 5-6 stories oil rig in VN's ocean and island.
Isn't that the Chinese flag? Oops! I just let the 'cat out of the bag'!

Vietnam, how can you remain quiet when China claims nearly all of the South China Sea? By ratifying the UNCLOS China has agreed to the delimitation of the seas. China's agreement meant she knows you people (Vietnam and all others) have a territorial sea and a EEZ. Based on such a knowledge China should never venture into your EEZ. Vietnam should scream at China loudly instead of playing restraint.
