Oh A-Phuc ah, Why don't you say the Govm't will amend its policy on economy to make loaning easier, subsidize failed businesses, and allow more privatization so the people will have more chances.
Why don't you say that you will not look away as local authorities are taking kickbacks. You know they are all in it together!

Vietnam's communist regime started to export Vietnamese labor since 1980 both legal and illegal way to sustain their regime. This is a tiny iceberg of the process.
