There is no basis in law or fact for Tohti's arrest & prosecution. Simply advocating rights for Uighurs is not illegal under Chinese law or PRC Constitution but since when does the CCP allow the law to control its actions? The CCP is waging a war against the Uighur people & anyone who defends them or speaks out for Uighurs will be treated as an enemy of the state by the CCP.

the communist government has been trying to say for years is ,the only way of not to be charged of separatism in China is to live under ruthless ,barbaric ruling of it, and say nothing of being oppressed,
that is off course result of turning blind eye by super powers like USA ,ANd Uk and many more world powers too afraid of chinese economic might
