Based on one of your earlier report, 3 millions Uyghurs were detained, that represents roughly 30 percent of the total Uyghur population. In this article, only 16 percent were detained at this location. Therefore the situation is only half as many as the average detention rate. Do you know a place that have a detention rate higher that the average rate of 30 percent?
