Does anyone know the current status of Abdurehim Heyit and Sanubar Tursun? They are very important artists to me and I couldnt live without their music. I am heartbroken learning that they are imprisoned. This is a different Alejandro from the u.s. the other Alejandro in the comments is a bigot.

Alejendro You are expressing horrible prejudices agains a groupe of man under the pretexte that they are musulman. Abdurrehim Heyit is a big artist. You dont know even he is musulman . He could be atheist. He is in prison not because of his religious identity but because he is a Uyghur.
And in the name of Jesus men committed too norrible crimes. Thinm about crusaders. So please stop crusading in the name of ideology here. We need more tolerance overall the world.

Muslims are allowed to lie to further the cause of Islam. It is known as taqqiya. I used to see Islam as just another religion but no more after seeing what Muslims are capable of doing in Europe, Iraq, Syria and Marawi, Mindanao. Don't try to convince anybody that Islam is a peaceful religion. We all know that it is not.

Pretty sure the real problem isn't Islam itself, but rather having to do with the level of extremism on some individuals/organizations. I'm a Muslim myself and I don't support Wahhabist terrorist groups that are spurring up the conflict in the Middle East.

I just don't see why the Chinese are persecuting Uyghurs even if they are pro-Beijing or didn't commit any crimes that politically destabilize China.

Islam spawns moderate and extremist believers. With the right catalyst (imams who spew hatred toward the non-believers) moderates turn extremists and they become radicalised and take up terrorism. The Uzbek Muslim terrorist who launched an attack in New York is a good example. Islam is the problem.
