In China when a terrorist is identified he dies. In the West he is let loose because he hasn't kill anyone yet. In China a known terrorist loses his right to be treated like a human. In the West the terrorist is respected as a human even after he has killed.

Part of the gulag system in the Soviet Union, also of the laogai in Communist China, the uranium mines are the worst areas, death camps, prisoners have at best a life expectancy of a few years, and in many cases it truly is extermination, with trench mining or tunnel mining, a few months at most for the life expectancy; the Soviet Union used these massively (more than 30 such extermination mines in the early 1980s), likewise in the Eastern Block, and in a number of cases as well in Communist China. The Wuhan P4 has a small tunnel uranium mine next to it, mutations on viruses fostered by injections on victims after they have been forced to work to exhaustion in it... I have seen clear proof of the existence of extermination zones among the uranium death mines in other areas of Communist China (Xinjiang, Harbin areas). And for tunnel mining it's always difficult, there was also one clear case in North Korea for instance...
