Why not ask Rubio to settle the Rohingya problem. Remember there is a human tragedy in Myanmar perpetrated by the Myanmar government. Compared with the Uighur problem in Xinjiang, the human abuses in Myanmar against the Rohingya is on an gargantuan scale and the DNA sequencing in Xinjiang pales into insignificance compared to the Rohingya problem in Myanmar. Do I hear Rubio the idiot saying anything about the Rohingyas? Remember the abuses in Myanmar against the Rohingyas is everyone's business including yours. So according to international law you should interfere and may I know why Rubio, you and the USA have not done anything yet? Don't just bring it up in the UN. Send in the US army, air force and navy to teach the Myanmarese a lesson like in 1965 the GIs boasted that they were in Vietnam to teach the Vietcong a lesson or two. I just hope you remember what happened to your army in Vietnam in 1975. In case you don't, this was what happened. The USA ran away with its tail tucked in between its legs.

Why are we picking on Rubio? The story here is DNA Data collection on a minority, US corporations might be complicit (for profits) and Rubio asking the right questions. Would you opinion change if it was a letter from Sen. Mark Warner?

Rubio should spend more time scrutinising Cuba where his ancestors came from instead of poking his nose into Xinjiang which is none of his business.

If what goes on in China is really none of Mr Rubio's business, then what goes on in America is none of yours, which logically means Mr Rubio's business is none of your business.

The reality is that human rights abuses such as those being perpetrated by the CCP in Xinjiang are everyone's business, no matter what country they live in and what nationailty they are. When a government perpetrates human rights abuses, these are never only an internal matter. The CCP's frequent suggestion that they are is simply a futile attempt to abnegate responsibility for what is serious criminal behaviour under international law. And in case you were wondering, expressions of contempt for international law do not negate the validity of international law.
