"Jason" sounds like yet another member of the CCP's 50 Cent Party paid to promote CCP propaganda online. His argument is that its Ok to violate the civil rights of Uighurs & engage in racial discrimination, torture & executions if it bring more security to Han Chinese. It's basically a racist argument used by dictatorships to oppress people. The CCP is waging a war against the Uighur people but these harsh measures will only increase discontent & unite Uighurs against PRC colonialism.
