The Communist Party is self-appointed leaderships. The Communist Party is judge, jury and executioner. And 1.4 billion Chinese Citizens can't do anything about it.
PLA needs a mutiny. 2 million PLA against a few generals. These generals can't carry anything more than little pistols.
