The Communist would be happy if they could kill both Tibetans and Uyghurs without the world say anything about it. China is a thief. After they stole their land, they wanted to kill the owners off because they don't want to deal with their complaints.

Townships don't have administrative subdivisions called 'districts'. Something is wrong here.
