Chinese law bans torture of prisoners & to obtain confessions from suspects. It's clear the Chinese police & prison authorities in Tibetan areas are violating the law. The Chinese Govt must prosecute police & prison officials who engage in or allow torture. For them not to prosecute officials who violate Chinese law shows there is no rule of law in Chinese-occupied Tibet.

If any country believes communist Chinese regime will respects International Laws, then they are wrong. Tibetans are a piece of sand inside their eyes, it always make them uncomfortable and it will remain until all communist Chinese regimes leave Tibet for good.
