Karsel village
Are you aware that counties in China have townships? And that townships have villages? What township is Karsel village in? Every village in China also has a Chinese name, which is easier to find on maps than the strange system you seem to be using to put Tibetan into Roman letters. Is this done on purpose to confuse readers?
