The "wolf in monk's robes" vilification of the Dalai Lama by Zhang Qingli is representative of the contempt that most CCP bureaucrats have shown for the feelings of ordinary Tibetan citizens. How can these CCP hardliners be considered to "represent" the people they rule over with an iron fist?

No matter who was or will appoint communist chief in Tibet its all same. Don't rely on Communist Party. If Tibet really is to be a free from violence then Chinese must leave Tibet.
