This is pretty shameful on the part of WHO. They have kowtowed to political pressure from China not to award a prize to a hospital run by Tibetan exiles. Delek Hospital is not engaged in political activities but WHO is engaged in political favoritism. Kudos to Jigme Ugen-la of Tibetan National Congress and all groups who supported this petition.
