This is clearly an action of reprisal against the husband of a woman who self-immolated to protest Chinese atrocities in Tibet. The woman made clear her act was voluntary & was a protest against Party rule in Tibet. The Chinese authorities have been unable to stop the Tibetan self-immolations so now they are threatening the family members of the martyrs to prevent such further protests.
