The CCP always says come to Tibet & see for yourself that things are good & people are happy. But China frequently bans foreigners from Tibetan areas for periods of time. And foreign journalists, human rights groups & foreign officials are often banned from Tibetan areas except when "guided" by Party officials. This disproves the claim that Tibet is open to the world.
