Regarding "Gyamo Tsawa Rong"--what is this? In what language? It's not Wylie Tibetan. It's not Chinese. What township would this location be in?

Reply to this comment"After conducting an investigation, local police blamed the incident on the Tibetan students"
Did the police think the students threw themselves at the car in protest similar to how Tibetans have set themselves on fire? Did the police bother to forensically examine the damage to the car which would illustrate how the students were hit? Do Han Chinese believe that Tibetans are no better than rats crossing a street?

What is the name and address of the hotel? Tell us so that tourists in that area can choose to boycott them!
