Wangchuk from NY :

This is the absurd extent of Chinese repression in Tibet. No birthday celebrations or prayers of any kind July 6, His Holiness' 80th birthday. The CCP is so paranoid they won't even allow Tibetans to celebrate a birthday or have prayers. It's a clear violation of freedom of religion/freedom of speech under int' law & the PRC Constitution. Tibet will never be free until the CCP is gone from Tibet.
