Pay close attention to HH the Dalai Lama's speech, and he said several time that Buddhism is introduced to Tibet from China before it happened from India. So was he wrong on this? I am just fact checking.

Tibet was never part of China before 1950 and Chinese historical archives prove it. The Mongol Yuan, Chinese Ming, and Manchu Qing dynasties never considered Tibet part of China & treated it separately. Read these imperial archives & you will see the proof. Read Prof Hon-Shiang Lau's new book "Tibet was Never Part of China since Antiquity: Proving It Using China's Official and Authoritative Documents" available now in Chinese language.
