Thein Sein has ruled his country in a much more principled way than any Chinese Communist Party leaders. The only CCP leaders who even came close to Thein Sein's high stature were Hu Yaobang and Zhao Ziyang, both of whom were knocked down and punished by autocratic Party elders.
