There is no conflict between Rakhine and Rohingya but it,s Rohingya Massacre and ethnic cleancing which started since 1942 by BIA.Conflict is KIA and Burmese ,KNU and Burmese and other where fighting for power.Rohingya are stateless and they have no food to eat and no money to survive their family,no right to go to any villge in their own area in Arakan state.It,s discrimination against minority.Thein Sein just want to hide his policy on Rohingya.
