The clashes mentioned in this article were between the Tatmadaw and the Shan State Progressive Party also known as Shan State Army North (SSA North). The photo is of soldiers from the Shan State Army South (SSA South) also known as Restoration Committee for Shan State (RCSS). These are two different groups.
