Reply to this commentStrange. The family said he was not protesting but the picture showed him wearing yellow band on his head. I wonder if the family didn't want CNRP to responsible for his death or the family want more sympathy because he was an innocent by-stander. Regardless, the fault is all on the police side. Blocking that road was stupid which led to this tragedy. Why did they use live fire against rocks. Don't the police have shields?

First off RIP to the unfortunate victim who was shot by the police. I have to ask, why? Why use live ammunition against a few bystanders throwing rocks? What were they hoping to accomplish blocking the road and preventing people from getting home? If the mob got rowdy and started throwing Molotov then it'll be understandable, but they were peacefully marching. The whole ordeal is nonsensical. There better be an investigation as to the conduct of the police. Cambodia will become stronger and better, no matter how oppressive the current regime acts.
