I believe all governments from western should disallow any person who is on the sex offender registry to travel outside their country. As a sex offender they can currently travel to these countries where child prostitution and the sex trade industry is rampant and continue to commit the same crime as what they were convicted for in their own country. I has to stop. The police in the foreign countries need to concentrate on westerners who are committing these sex crimes in their country and either prosecute them there or send them home to be prosecuted, get them on the sex offender registry and do not allow them out of the country.
