Then open up for opposition to investigate. Let everyone see the true numbers. For years, the CPPs have been conning and scaming Cambodian people for their own benefit. Why should anyone surprise by this allegation?

Really? Even if this is true, how much money actually into national coffer? I wouldn't be surprised either if the government only get less than $5 million of that 40 or 50 million collected.

People already stopped believing CPP thieves long ago.
