This act from the government shown that the government does not intend to honor the treaties they signed since 1992. UNCOHR has always a thorn in the eyes of the government since its inception. This is pure violation of the Paris Peace Agreement that agree to have the UN Secretary General representative to stay and monitor the HR situation in Cambodia. All past monitoring report, has been ignored by the government.

<<<Cambodia’s Foreign Minister Prak Sokhon accused the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), of “arrogant and disrespectful behavior toward the sovereignty of Cambodia,” and threatened to end the country’s cooperation with the office unless it agrees to quit "meddling" in the nation’s internal affairs.>>>

Let the people decide. The people don't serve you, you serve the people, remember that. What do people want? Have you asked them lately?
