Re: Kat, yes the article is anti-labor because this is a U.S. government funded reporter, and the economic policy of this country is just as anti-labor as any "third world" countries.

This article seems to come from a surprisingly anti-labor stance.
Also, other sources report workers are asking for the wage increase to happen gradually by 2018.
