They need to give them a raise, $160/month, so they could live without struggle too much. If they get $80/month is not going to make them rich or get them out of poverty because everything is so expensive in Cambodia.

Mininum wage in U.S $1000.......Cambodia $80
Gasoline in U.S $3 /gallon.......Cambodia $4.95/gallon
Electricity in U.S $0.10/kilowatt......Cambodia $0.25/kilowatt, more in provinces.

Fruits, vegetable and meat are about the same prices, some are cheaper in U.S.
