This is so sad how 30 years later they decide to FINALLY tell the international community about his tyranny. Cambodian know him and how he is corrupt and cruel since 1979. The reason why he still get aid is because people in other countries are ignorant and don't hear about him on news. Maybe now they will pay attention?
