Donor countries, supporting Hun Sen to stay in power so he can use deadly forces to evict innocent Cambodian land and houses, and killed innocent people is a sin. Supporting criminal people like Hun Sen, you all are committing sin. Imagine that God send you to rot in hell, how would you feel? How would the innocent Cambodian people feel when you support the criminal people like Hun Sen to suffer, kill them?

CPP government rejected the recommendations because they might not "reflect the situation on the ground?" Really? The situation on the ground is this, Freedom Park was closed without explanation. And it rejected proposals were "contrary to the laws and Constitution of Cambodia." Really? If you ask the CPP thugs to come up with specific laws and Articles in the Constitution they can't, because Cambodia is being run by stupid people. They said all these things to make them sound smart, but instead, it made them LIARS.

Cheang Vun said they rejected certain recommendations because they "cannot be applied in Cambodia, because Cambodian society is not theirs." Really? What about your own people recommendations? Do you ever listen to them the past 30 years?

Cheang Vun also said Cambodia oppose suggestions that would force "state institutions to become barricaded..." Really? A Vun, have you read Cambodia Constitution? What did it say in Article 31, 32, 37?

A Phay Siphan calling Human Rights Watch statement an "attack" on the nation's sovereignty. Really? Hun Sen ordered his thugs to shoot those garment workers in January, what do you call that attack? Are you ready to admit that was an attack on your own people? Which is worse, Human Rights Watch attacked you or YOU attacked your people?

And Siphan continued to say “This is not the first time we’ve seen language urging donors to cut aid to the country—they have been saying this for a long time.” You are absolutely right A Siphan; because your government has been corrupted "for a long time," just as you said. And right again, donors continued to give money because your corrupt government promised them that you would change, but every year those promises were broken or ignored. How do I know this because the situation stayed the same, nothing changed.
