Totally with you on this.
The greedy CPP only wants control. This is the only way they think they could. Having dual citizens as members bring different perspectives and respect to this important institution, which at the moment, is desperately needed. But the greedy just don't see it that way.

It is such a stupid idea who came up that member of National Election Committee (NEC) must have only one citizen. It won't hurt the system at all if they have dual citizens. In fact, it is a plus and beneficial for the country and why the leader didn't think of that? By having dual citizens like American or other respectful country is a huge factor because it is just like a bridge or gateway that bind to that countries. In addition, it just like having a gold passport to let those countries know that some members of NEC of Cambodia are holding dual citizens which not only working only for Cambodia, also representing the true value of those countries that were issuing citizen to that members. Old school formula: 1 + 1 = 2 whereas 1 - 1 = 0. So by having Cambodian and American citizen is a dual which is a huge plus. I don't need to elaborate in detail because the leader should know how to analyze this. I ask you one last question? In your resume with multiple skills versus with other candidate with one skill, which one is more robust to the interviewer?
