So Who are the idiots passed this stupid law? If the law passed violating Constitution, then it's illegal. Just like it's illegal to steal an election.
Oh yeah, if NGOs support this group of thieves, CPP, then it is OK. But if NGOs crticize their thievery tactics then it's not OK. This is how the ministry of moron views it.

DOWNSIZE THE PROTEST!IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL? GOVERNMENT IS SCARED ALREADY. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT IN THE DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY!! MAYBE IN COMMUNIST COUNTRY, YES.
