After Hun Sen being a president more than 27 years now he want to start having a law? He kills so many peoples I cannot keep counting. When he kills our own khmer people is that a law or no law for him? Does that make sense? Sam Rainsy need to take over Cambodia now. I don't konw if this india man going to do anything beside listening to the bad side.

"...People obey laws!" What a strong sentence. Is Sar Kheng a Pol-Pot shadow?

Hey you guys down in U S of A. In your country, you are more Americanized then the Americans. You are oblivious to what is happening to your country here. In USA, students get shot in school on a regular basis and your news Channel calls Angkor Wat as in Thailand. You have laws, so does Cambodia. I guess you belief in dog bites man not news and man bites dog is a sin unless he eats it

I agreed with all below comments that was what I want to say. But I like to add a bit more that it is very ridiculous that Cambodia country has some kind of odiot and ignorant leader as Hun Sen and his gangster followers. What a shame.

What law is Hun Sen talking about? Freedom Park was designed so people could express their opinions, isn't it? They were expressing themselves until CPP thugs went and broke them up. The government should have arrested the thugs instead of shut down Freedom Park.

Shameless Sar Kheng now meets with Mr. Subedi. Before the CPP was an arrogant prick refused to meet him, now the CPP trying to use Mr. Subedi to help legitimize their illegal government. CPP likes to use and abuse people. Now we know.
