Just like I said the last post regarding Om Yin Tieng wanted to purge people who are corrupted, but want to start investigating from the bottom and I said that is wrong. To perform cleansing of corruption, he must start from the top. Back to Law Maker Som Chhay action, he wants to start from the top. This is the way it should be. Why is that? Because you want to use "Divide and Conquer" strategy by breaking down big to small and that easy to investigate without spending so much times to investigate bottom corrupted people. Not only that, this will broadcast warning message to the top and bottom tiers. Mr. Son Chhay, you must use the power as a law maker to execute this big assignment to bring down all powerful corrupted people to justice so our country has a face to compete with a true democracy.
