No Mr. CRIME Minister (CP), 2/3 majority formula will not end democracy in Cambodia. It will strengthen democracy in Cambodia. It will bring about Free & Fair election. But I must admit, the 2/3 formula will STOP you from stealing future elections. It will also STOP all your CRIMINAL activities in Cambodia. STAND STRONG CNRP!

Hun Sen/CPP is a liar, cheater, robber, killer. Hun Sen is a former Khmer Rouge commander and he slaughtered innocent people since that up to now. He cheats every election by using NEC to manipulate the election votes; therefore, he robs the election and lies about the election that it is free and fair. How can it be free and fair if CPP controls all the medias and NEC, whereas other parties don't allow by CPP to have anything? The whole world stops supporting the devil Hun Sen/CPP to continue killing innocent Cambodians. Killing innocent people is a sin and you don't want to bring sin to yourself/country, depends on you help or your country helps.

NEC is the problem and the cause of problems the past 20 years. Does Hun Sen know that he and NEC have credibility problem? Mr. Lao Mong Hay is right, 2/3 would give NEC credibility.

And no, 2/3 reform is not going to kill democracy. On the contrary, 2/3 means more participation from other parties which mean more people are represented in the process of selecting NEC members. That is more democratic. This is what UNTAC saw when it put 2/3 in there the first place.

Mr. Kem Lei said CPP afraid of "revenge." Think about this for a second. When CPP committed all these crimes against its people, did they think about the consequences? No, of course not. They are arrogance because they had money and power. They should realize committing a crime has consequences in a rule of law society.
