ONLY in Cambodia, we can proudly erect a royal communist who endangered a whole nation, plunged it into darkness and ruled it with communists.

The govt could NOT find money to fund the Children's hospitals nor fix the road potholes nor help the 100,000 flood victims, but it could dish out $5 millions of China money for Shihanouk's funerals and 1.2 millions for his statue!

Another Cambodian episode of delusion...

I agree with this decision for only late king Sihanouk . Because he was a good king with all respected from Cambodian . But if for king sihamoni we better keep the money to donating to poor people or the flood victims.
