I am strongly against Chum Kemleng, the highest-ranked monk in Siemreap for his unhuman act.as a monk, he should be honest and loyal to people. Chum who banned our Activist from entering to his
pagodas in his home province is absolutely
unfair and violate human rights. I might say that Chum Kemleng is not a riel Buddhist monk as he works undercover for
the Vietnamese Communist. This kind of monk is against the Buddhist morality or
concepts. In the old day, our regular Buddhist monks practice straitly to the 227 precepts for the monks. They always
fair, honest and never do ham to people
or living thing.
