Answer:
As soon as Prime Minister HUN SEN becomes Moammar Gadhafi II then the Khmer Court will become independent.
There is no doubt about it.

This clearly reveal, the justice system in this country is for the riches. The poors are suffering without end. While the world sit and watch, the poor Cambodians endured suffering without end. Where the human's rights that the UN promise to every human on Earth?
