Even my sister in-law garduated from West Point United State Military Academy and served for the country here in America, still not even a Captain. What about that guy Chea Dara? That is why the system in Cambodia is corrupted an America is just like Heaven and the world of Super Power.

It is bad for the country that government has been promoting many star with high rank to a lot of general. When there are many star in the country that has small population, the value is meaningless and that make the society just like joke. In the United States, to become a star general, the candidate must be achieving so many greatest tasks and highly professionalism as a true general. Therefore, the effort to earn that really dignify core value of success that make everyone be proud of.

Reply to this commentI hate to admit but the General is 100% correct. He is one of the reasons why Cambodia will never obtain true democracy. George Washington had the opportunity to be the KING but he gave it up for the greater good of the young American nation & now, America has become the Super Power because of the sacrifices & strong leadership of one great man, George Washington!
Name me one Cambodian Samdechs who’s willing to give up his power for the greater good of the Cambodian nation! You can’t, can you? And look what Cambodia had become the bottom feeder & a puppet of the barbarian-neighboring nation.
The General was not educated to serve his nation. He was only educated to serve & be loyal to his Master. Therefore his duties & responsibilities are not to the nation but to his Master. The General’s stars were earned not because he served his nation well; they were earned because he served his Master well! The General’s stars are worthless in America because here they only give out stars to those who serve their nation.

Literally, the army should serve and protect its citizens to guaranty peace and prosperity of own country. That's how the dictatorship and oppressive regime always do due to protecting his own interests and power. Most of them lack of knowledge to deal with the new world order of democracy. Military officers suppose to only well trained to get involved in battle in the war zone and protect its sovereignty, not to govern the country.

Reply to this commentThis 4 star general thug just confirmed Hun Sin is a dictator. A democracy country isn't afraid of revolution because it will never happen. Mechanism called "free and fair voting" is a peaceful form of revolution. Cambodia has none of that.

This 4 stars general must be very stupid to take side with Hun Sen. Hun Sen does not pay the military. Military is paying by tax payer meaning the Cambodia people.

Oh, My God: Cambodian four stars General Name Chea Dara. Which school Academy was studying and have many battlefiels he fought for. Hun Sen is a real dictator in South-East Asia in the 21 century.
