The country really needs some serious capital injection. It needs all the help it can get its hands on, with respect to catching up with the more modern neighbors. It must grow stronger.

it is good for Cambodia. as i know Cambodia really need helicopters to prevent it soveriegnty along border and on the other hand, it is the great present for Cambodia for enhancing the capacity of soldier and other skills
