It's a big challenges for the two parties to merge. If possible, it would great. Another important thinng beside merging is about finding the way to encourage those who miss the commune election to vote. This could be a lot of help to both parties.
One more thing, is there any fund raising activities in Cambodia that supporter can contribute? I want to contribute for the compaign not just voting for.

HRP + SRP = PEACEFUL. These 2 parties must merge for the sake of restoring our country for freedom, prosperity, economy, and advancing technologies. This formula of merging is the only key to win CPP. If not, CPP will win again and strenghten their power of corruption that can't be break forever...

Pagna Chea from Phnom Penh :

I am very pleased to hear the both parties planning to merge and I strongly believe they will exactly combine the big democracy league party and will win a lot more seats in the parliamentary election in the forthcoming year. If the combination fails, they all will become only the audience in the parliament and be ignored by the CPP parliamentarians. It means the CPP will ride a horse with free hands again and all Cambodian people will lose all confidence in the two opposition parties in terms of their difference due their personal interests above national interests. On balance, CPP is being very frightened hearing the both parties willing to merge, so hopefully the both main opposition parties will not disappoint patriotic Cambodian people.
